Things fell out when the pantry door was opened because it was so tightly packed with disparate items from small appliances to wrapping paper, and paper towels.
Choosing the right content for the closet was the key. We began by emptying the pantry. Then we assessed the contents and decided if items belonged there or not. With input from the homeowner, we created a pretty large trash pile of items that no longer served a useful purpose and then the work came together nicely. Now each item in the pantry has the space it deserves, can be located quickly and it’s safe to open the door.
